So I bought this depending on advice from a health book. I also did a just total of research on the Weston A. Price foundation web site, which discusses the health benefits of these types of oils/fats at length.
I primarily bought this because I am told it’ll increase natural testosterone levels and so far, I am pretty sure this assert is correct. Since I have started taking this I have noticed more/stronger “morning wood”, which is a pretty good display of increased testosterone levels.
I’ve also noticed that my allergies aren’t as bad. I newly moved to Austin, TX which is notorious for being a bad place for allergies. Taking Zyrtec I still had many allergy signs, but after taking this oil blend, I have noticed my allergy signs are nearly non existent.
Don’t get me wrong, many of this may be placebo effect or acknowledgement bias, so there is generally that to think about.
The cons of this product is the price. It is costly, I believe, and there are cheaper alternatives, like purchasing Carlson’s cod liver oil, and high vitamin butter oil from a cheaper supplier. A little google research could yield you a more favourable deal.
