Admittedly, it is not the greatest conversation subject, so I had to stop myself from talking about it to my family, but it was really F to me and I wanted to share that with them.

I took it upon myself to extend the initial seven days to about nine days because I had never done a colon clean before. I have just finished up yesterday, and though I’d run out of capsules and had none to take last night, I STILL had five BMs today though I only ate once yesterday. It is certainly gotten things moving in the right direction. Side note: you certainly have to drink many of water, otherwise it does not work also.

If there was any disadvantage to it, it is that after seven days, I started to have a little ache in the influenced regions because I do not think the elimination system is intended to get rid of so much waste so frequently. It was kind of like workout ache after not working out for an expanded period, but it only happened the day before I took my last capsules, and it only lasted one day. I have had no ache since, and in a way it is a good thing that I had the ache because it really let me know that this stuff does what it says it’ll do.

My in general after effects are, a much smaller waistline, a clearer head, more energy, a higher sex drive, I feel great, I do not have to eat as much, and best of all, I have lost roughly six pounds or more of the worst kind of weight. I am sure I have added to my lifespan, and I will order this again once I can. I read someplace that you may want to do at least a 30 day clean your 1st time out, but Truthfully, I am tired of sitting on the toilet and I could use a week long breather. Despite of that, when I get my new supply, I will do another 9 10 day clean to get at the left over impaction and be done with it till next year sometime.

The ingredients on the web site are portrayed as “high quality oxygen based”, but after really reading through them, the ingredients seem alike to a regular magnesium based laxative. The directions tell take a big number of pills over the course of some number of days, and it will certainly make you go to the bathroom but it has the same effect as a regular ole’ laxative, in that it causes your bowels to just keep a bunch of water so that the next day you go to the bathroom a bunch but it is very watery.

I have IBS/C and took Zelnorm, which WAS a miracle drug.Unfortunately it was taken off the market caused by health concerns. I decided to attempt out this product to prevent/reduce bloating but when I take it at night, the next morning I’m SO BLOATED till I go to the bathroom like five times. If I only go to the bathroom once, I am still totally bloated I guess from all of the water that was sucked into my bowels consequently of taking the pills. I have found but, that taking four pills at night will make it easier to go to the bathroom the next day without all of the water.

All in all, I’d say take this stuff if you need a laxative but it isn’t the “miracle pill” that it claims to be. I was pretty disappointed.

I followed the directions to the letter, as well as taking new lemon juice to aid the reaction, etc. As the directions state, taking two more each night till reaching 3 5 bowel movements the next day. I’m up to taking 16 pills, and have still to have more than two BMs the following day, and have lost at most 1, maybe two lbs that I can directly attribute to this product, going from 245 to about 243. My stomach/intestines/bowels do make many sound, and true to form, my BMs are liquified. Word of warning.If you attempt this stuff and you feel the have to pass gas, do so at the high risk of it not being just gas. Disgusting, I know, but I am just being honest and trying to let you know what you’re to get in to here.

I could have given one star, but since it did seem to help a little, I gave two stars.

As far as the shipping.I think I had the product 2 3 days after ordering, so no complaint there.
